NOTE: The availability of the measurement points depends on your subscription. See MY SUBSCRIPTION for more details.
- Go to Reports on the menu and click on DOWNLOAD DATA.
- Select per machine from the available measurement points you want to include in the export file. You will need to expand each machine to check the available points. The number of available points depends on your license. See MY SUBSCRIPTION for more details.
- After making your selection, click NEXT.
- Open the dropdown menu and select which period you want to download data from and click on DOWNLOAD.
- A snack bar pops up when the report is ready for download. Click on the message to open the report.
- If you have issues while downloading it, check the settings of your browser. Some browsers block download actions. Contact your IT Department if necessary.
