Below the Trend Graph, you can find a bar that indicates the operational state of your machine. Every separate part of the bar represents a reporting period. Such reporting periods are marked by a color. Each color represents one of the operational states below. In addition, the state bar displays alarms. This helps you analyze the root cause of events.
OPERATIONAL STATE | DESCRIPTION |
LOADED | The machine is effectively running in a productive state |
UNLOADED | The machine is running idle in a non-productive state |
STOPPED | The machine has stopped running |
SHUTDOWN | The machine is in a shutdown state. The trend graph data will help to understand why |
COMMUNICATION ERROR | The communication device is not communicating with the network, no data is available or your upload device is not connected to the controller |
MULTIPLE STATES | Multiple states detected within a specific reporting period |
