WELCOME MESSAGE

At the top of the dashboard, you are welcomed with a message. Anything that needs your attention is displayed here. Urgent messages are in red. Messages can include information about active machine failures or about equipment in need of service to safeguard the performance and availability of your install base.

THE MENU

Left of the dashboard, you can find the menu. You can unfold this menu by clicking on the small arrow at the bottom.

One of the most important features is the Search for anything component. Use it wisely to search for your sites and machines.

ENERGY WIDGET

In the first widget, you can get a quick overview of your site’s energy efficiency performance. The score is based on the amount of energy that was used to produce the volume of compressed air in the considered period. You can choose to view the aggregated data of the last 30 days, the last 7 days, or the previous day. In case you would like to see the energy performance of a specific group of machines (AIRNET), you can open the dropdown menu that says SELECT GROUP. The energy efficiency of your installation can be categorized as followed:

OPTIMAL         Specific Energy Rate below <X>

GOOD              Specific Energy Rate between <X> and <Y>

LOW                Specific Energy Rate above <Y>

note: X & Y are calculated daily based on the data analyzed by the platform compared to the total fleet.

You can get a detailed overview of your energy efficiency by clicking on DETAILS at the bottom right of the widget.

More info available here

In case you do not have SMARTLINK: ENERGY license, the Energy Widget will not show. Instead, your dashboard shows an UPGRADE NOW message that gives you more information about the SMARTLINK: ENERGY license when you click on it

UPTIME WIDGET

The second panel is used to track the availability of your machines. Uptime indicates how long the machine was available to run relative to the total time considered for the reporting period.

We categorize uptime performance as follows:

OPTIMAL         Above 99% availability

GOOD              Between 98% and 99% availability

LOW                Below 98% availability

You can get a detailed overview of your installation’s uptime performance by clicking on DETAILS at the bottom right of the widget.

More info available here

Without a SMARTLINK: UPTIME license, the widget will show an UPGRADE NOW message that redirects you to more information.

SITE HEALTH WIDGET

This widget indicates your site's health with a Maintenance and Running Conditions score along with a concluding message. The site health score is based upon analyzing several sources of sensory and aggregated data per machine. Failure and causality data of machines across the world are used to produce a machine-specific health score.

The health scores can be explained as follows:

# Stars
Description
Due to lack of data, we are unable to determine a score
Your machine is in very bad health, there is a very high risk of sudden breakdowns
Your machine is in bad health, there is a high risk of sudden breakdowns
Your machine’s health is weak, there is a risk of sudden breakdowns
Your machine’s health is not bad, there is a small risk of sudden breakdowns
Your machine’s health is good, there are no serious health issues

SERVICE WIDGET

The service widget gives you a quick overview of service info per machine.  You can click on a machine in case you want to get more info about its service status.

ACTIVE EVENTS WIDGET

The Active Events Widget shows events that are currently active in your machines.

In case your machine is equipped with a SMARTBOX, you can unfold the Active Events widget to look into the details of a specific event. You can click on VIEW MACHINE DETAILS in order to get the full details of the event. You can also click on ACKNOWLEDGE to mark the event as read, letting it disappear from the active events list.

The ES/Optimizer 4.0 is not able to accurately indicate which machine has an active event. Instead, the communication device only indicates if there is an active alarm or not.

You can get the detailed information in the Event history overview
