Introduction to the Event Overview

NOTE: Detailed events are only available for licensed machines

As explained here, you can reach the event overview by going to Assets and selecting the Event tab.

The event overview shows the active (i.e., current) events and a list of all received events and past events. In order to get all detailed event information, your machines need to have an active license.

Active events

The Active Events Widget shows events that are currently active on your machines.

In case your machine is equipped with a SMARTBOX, you can unfold the Active Events widget to look into the details of a specific event. You can click on VIEW MACHINE DETAILS in order to get the full details of the event. You can also click on ACKNOWLEDGE to mark the event as read, letting it disappear from the active events list.

You can mark it as acknowledge the event so it won't appear on your active events anymore or you can get the event details by clicking on the VIEW EVENT DETAILS.

Other communication devices (Equalizer for example) are not able to accurately indicate which specific event is active. Instead, the communication device indicates which machine has an active event without event details.

Event history

Located on the second tab of the screen, you can find a list of the available events received within the selected reporting period and scope. You can use the search bar and apply a filter to help you locate the data you are looking for.

Filter the list by using the following options:

  • Event Category: filters events by category
  • Event Type: shows the event types, based on the selected event category
  • Machine Type: filters by machine types such as compressors, dryers, and more
  • Notification sent: filters events that were sent to you because you are part of a notification group

Clicking on the name of the event redirects you to the EVENT DETAILS overview.

Exporting data

Both active and historical events can be exported. The system generates an excel file to download by pressing EXPORT. Once the document is ready, you will get notified by a snack bar at the bottom-right of your screen asking you to click and download the report.

If you experience any issues while downloading the file, check your browser settings. Some browsers block such actions. You can also check with your IT department if this does not solve your problem.
