Step 1
First, make sure you are on the SITE level. Then, go to the SERVICE OVERVIEW and select a machine. You can find the overview by selecting MAINTENANCE in the menu or Go to Service on the site dashboard.
NOTE: You can also request a service quote from the MY SUBSCRIPTION page, by clicking on the button REQUEST INFORMATION.
Step 2
Click on REQUEST SERVICE on the bottom of the page. Select for which machines you would like to request a service quote and press on NEXT.
Step 3
Select how we can help you, add a message to your request and press SAVE. The Quote Manager of your service provider now receives an email with your request and will reach out to you as soon as possible.
You can specify how would you like to be contacted by selecting contact me by email or phone.
