We categorize the service status of your machine based on the received information from your upload device. The categories are:
STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
|---|---|
| GOOD | Everything is under control, no action is required from your side. Your service provider is taking good care of your machines. |
| FUTURE SERVICE | There is no immediate service required based on the uploaded data. Your machine is not under contract. |
| DUE | Your machine needs service in order to avoid any problems. Please contact your service provider. |
| OVERDUE | Your machine should have been serviced already, problems are likely to occur. Please contact your service provider as soon as possible. |
| UNKNOWN | The status of your machine is unknown due to missing data. Please contact your service provider to check the status. |
